Our Business Structure
Founded in 1988, Traditional Structures is a privately owned Limited Company specialising in the manufacture and erection of structural steelwork and cladding systems in both the private and public sectors.
Our principal stakeholders retain an active day to day involvement and with 20 years experience, a turnover in excess of £8 million, no major cash borrowings and a very low gearing ratio, we are a Company with a solid base and a high degree of financial security.

Our Quality Guarantee
We have a strong ethos of Quality Assurance, winning the ISO 9002 accreditation in 1997, the newer, higher standard, ISO 9001:2000 in 2001 and, more recently, ISO 14001. We continue to improve our standards to make our system leaner, more user friendly and above all, practical.

Quality Assurance & Safety Management
The introduction of the Construction Design and Management Regulations (CDM) provided a framework to ensure the provision of a safer workplace. Traditional Structures were quick to embrace the new regulations, putting us ahead of our competitors by introducing an advanced system of safety management, system design, development and refinement.
A very effective system has evolved out of realising that safety has some common ground with Quality Assurance.
